In a 2012 talk about running your own infrastructure I made some predictions on the future and made some claims. A long time has passed and let's see what came true and what was not so correct. After that talk we also started building our own infrastructure. I will show what we are running, what you can run and share experiences running infrastructure for larger groups of people.
